You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the source account.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which your deposits originated, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
ketua7 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Withdrawals initiated outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required.

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus would require Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10% or less. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a match is postponed, bets remain valid and will be settled once the match is played, unless otherwise stated in the market rules. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded, except where the market outcome has already been determined.
For bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap bets are settled according to the handicap line at the time the bet was placed. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out; if one or more selections are void, the odds for that selection are treated as 1.00 and the remaining selections stand.
All casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and video poker, are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. The outcome of every game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operator. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ketua7 makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ketua7, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions, (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ketua7 holds its operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our license jurisdiction.
ketua7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team.
